Oral English is essential for us to communicate,if you can't get the pronunciation right,you may cause trouble in communication.You shouldtry to study phonetic transcription,which can really help you corret accent.To speak every single word clearly, start from words ,then a paragraph.On the other hand, your vocabulary need to be widen,your memory will be strengthened if you repeat words a lot .Taking practice is the most efficient method to memorize words,you can recite them while you're doing exercise.
Plus,watching some interesting movies can stimulate your curiosity in learing English,you can enjoy the funny in language not only their music,but their culture.

多说多练。我遇到一个做翻译的姐姐，她的方法就是平时的时候看一篇文章，然后就用自己的话讲出来（英语），你的问题不是口语问题，应该是不能把英语当成自己的一种语言。他是语言，当然是多说多想，用英语代替平时自己的中文思考，既然你听得懂外教，就不属于听的问题。就像写作文，你看得懂优美的文章，但不一定写得出来，只有把自己的思维转为英语思考方式。平时模拟一下对话也行

坚持!!!恩……买新概念之类的书看，去背里面的课文。还有，早上坚持放英语磁带！不管听不听的懂。英文电影建议不要看太难的，可以看憨豆之类的，因为对白较少，易学，还有，平时听见或看见不懂的单词千万不要抛在脑后，要及时查找它的意思——来自于一大学外文系学生的忠告
